The estate
Whitaker Estate gathers four distinct homes around a pool on ten fenced acres, with long views across the valley to the mountains beyond. Stay together under one roof or spread out across the grounds, and gather in the spaces between.
It is a place built for groups: long tables, deep sofas, several kitchens, and enough room that no one is ever on top of anyone else.
The homes
Four bedrooms · Sleeps 12
A long, light-filled ranch of wide halls, warm wood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto the valley. Two living rooms, a stone fireplace, a full chef's kitchen and a lounge bar make it the heart of the estate.
The converted garage is a game room with billiards, shuffleboard, table tennis and an arcade cabinet. The primary suite has a soaking tub and its own sauna.
Five bedrooms, all ensuite · Sleeps 12
Modern, airy and made for company. An open living room, full kitchen and a lounge with a wine refrigerator step out onto a deck above the pool, and every bedroom has its own bath.
A stone fireplace warms the largest suite. Two bedrooms open to the deck, and laundry is on hand.
One bedroom · A private hideaway
The original smokehouse, reimagined as a rustic studio: reclaimed timber walls, a raised bed and a private plunge pool inside, set apart from everything else on the property.
One bedroom · Private hot tub
A historic log cabin at the edge of the pasture, restored with hardwood floors, beamed ceilings and a modern bath. A kitchenette, a queen bed and sofa, and a hot tub under the trees of its own.
Specialties
A generous pool and wide sun deck at the center of the estate, with lounge seating and shaded dining beside it.
Several, set in different corners of the property, so there is always a quiet one.
Billiards, shuffleboard, table tennis and a classic arcade cabinet in the converted garage.
A stone fire pit, string-lit patios and open lawns for long evenings outside.
A backlit bar in the main house and a wine-refrigerator lounge in the pool house.
Two full kitchens, grills on the deck, and room for a private chef to work.
Gatherings
Ceremony on the lawn, dinner under string lights, the whole wedding party staying on site.

Whitaker Estate sits in New Market, Tennessee, about thirty minutes from downtown Knoxville and under an hour from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, the Ripley's Aquarium and hundreds of miles of trails are within easy reach, and the estate is quiet enough that you may not want to leave.
